Welcome to Miinlix LLC. By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms, policies, and disclaimers. Please read carefully before placing your order.

1. General Terms

  • Miinlix LLC is a small business. By making a purchase, you agree that you are buying for personal use only and not for resale without written consent.

  • All items are handmade/curated in small batches. Slight variations may occur.

  • We reserve the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Disclaimer & Safety

  • Choking Hazard: Many of our products (such as keychains or accessories) may contain small parts that can pose a choking risk.

  • Age Restriction: Products are not intended for children under 6 years old. Always use products under adult supervision.

  • Miinlix LLC is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow safety guidelines.

  • Customers accept all responsibility for safe use after purchase.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other standard carriers depending on the best option available.

  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delays due to carriers are outside of our control.

  • Tracking Numbers: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for lost or delayed packages.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our small business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

  • Change of Mind or Customer Error: We cannot provide refunds or replacements for reasons such as incorrect address entry, change of mind, or failure to read product details before purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable): Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Miinlix LLC is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by use or misuse of our products.

  • By purchasing, you agree to use products responsibly and release Miinlix LLC from any liability related to product use, shipping delays, or third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All product designs, descriptions, images, and branding are the property of Miinlix LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.
